Commission and Compensation Plan for All New Agents

To promote all agents to increase their productivity and so all agents build their business, I am proposing a program to help everyone achieve this goal.

Commission: (New Agents)

Start your own company: (All Agents)

Everyone is encouraged to start your own company. All you need is to register a “Doing Business As” (DBA) with the county. After you have your own DBA you can use that company name as yours. I will still be you broker of record but, you can do business under your DBA. You will be able to create your own company bank accounts, business cards, signs, logos, websites and etc ... This will prepare you to someday be able to get your broker license and have your company with agents working for you. This is the next logical step if you plan to stay in real estate.

Become an office manager: (All Agents)

After you have reached the 85% commission rate and I feel that you are confident enough to supervise and train “your agents” you will be allowed to bring agents in “under you” as the office manager. You can have these agents at whatever commission you wish to start them or commission structure that you design for “your” company. I will remain as your broker and all agents that you have with “your” company will also be under my broker’s license. The difference between what you designate as their commission and your commission will be the “override” that you receive for “sponsoring” the agents. After you train and have 5 agents with your company, you will receive 90% of the total commission you generate for Spencer Properties. Once you receive your broker’s license and venture out on your own you will be allowed to take “your” agents with you. Thus, by the time you receive your broker’s license you will have a company of your own with agents, bank accounts, websites, logos, signs, business cards and be two years ahead of the game. This is available for all agents, existing and new.
